Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the following:

  • South African citizen
  • Aged 21 or younger at the time of application
  • Must be entering 2nd, 3rd, or final year of undergraduate study in 2026
  • Minimum 65% aggregate in the current academic year
  • Enrolled at a recognized South African public university
  • Must demonstrate financial need (Household income below R600,000)

Step 3: Submit all required documents, including your mid-year results and parent/guardian’s proof of income.
